Parents and adults
Parents have their own group only to 24% of the poverty line, but the expansion, in place since January 1, 2014, covers them and adults without children to 138%.[MACPAC][KFF]
Postpartum, since 2024
Nevada’s 12-month postpartum extension was approved May 3, 2024.[KFF] With pregnancy coverage at 200% of the poverty line, a household of three can earn up to $4,668 a month during pregnancy and that postpartum year.[MACPAC]

Apply through Access Nevada, run by the Division of Welfare and Supportive Services. Nevada is an “SSI criteria” state and has no poverty-level or medically needy pathway for older adults.[MACPAC]
