Postpartum with continuous eligibility
New Jersey extended postpartum coverage to 12 months through a Section 1115 waiver that also keeps new mothers enrolled through the whole period even if their income rises.[KFF] Newborns of covered mothers are deemed eligible to 194% (Medicaid) or 200% (CHIP) of the poverty line.[MACPAC]
