Contact and corrections

By the MedicaidCalc Editorial Team · Updated

This form goes straight to the corrections log that the MedicaidCalc Editorial Team reviews. It is the fastest way to tell us that a limit on a page no longer matches your state’s notice, that a rule changed, that a source link broke, or that the calculator misbehaved.

Helpful reports name the state and household size, quote the figure you were given, and link the state document if you have it. We check every report against the agency’s own documents before changing anything, and the page’s verified date changes when we fix something.

What makes a report easy to check

  • A wrong number: the state, the group (for example “child 6–18” or “parent”), the household size, the figure this site shows and the figure on your notice or the agency’s chart, with the chart’s date if it has one.
  • A rule that changed: what changed, when it takes effect, and where the state announced it — a director letter, a manual revision or a press release from the agency.
  • A source or link: the page and the link text. Agency websites move documents often; if you know the new address, include it.
  • A bug: what you entered (you can paste the “Share this result” link — it contains only the numbers you typed), what you expected, and your browser and device.

What happens next

Reports are stored with the date, the page and your message — not your IP address or browser details (see privacy). If a figure was wrong we correct it and note the change in the site’s history; if the site was right we keep the report for the next scheduled review, because a disagreement often means a state is about to change something.

We cannot help with an individual application, check your case or contact an agency on your behalf. For that, use the agency and application links on your state’s page.
